Pelden Dorji Dadil Jamtsho is a Project Officer at Paro College of Education for European Union Co-funded project under Erasmus+ Scheme, the project titled “Enhancing Mental Health, Counseling and Wellbeing Support for University Students in Bhutan”. The project is first of its kind in Royal University of Bhutan with an objective to establish ‘Happiness and Wellbeing Center’ across nine RUB colleges for the wellbeing being of students. He graduated from College of Natural Resources, Royal University of Bhutan with Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development concentration in Research and Statistics, 2017. As a whole some Education he’s area of interest are on sports, music, cultural activities, designing, Photography, ICT, social services, arts, literary activates during school and college days. He holds the internship experience at Ministry of Labor and Human Resources, Department of Employment, Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Division from December 2016 – February 2017. During the internship he did survey analysis of Entrepreneurs who did training from MoLHR. Currently, he is also officiating as Research Officer supporting Dean of Research and Industrial Linkages, Editor for the Rabsel Volume 20, Issue – 1 Spring 2019 & Issue – 2 Autumn 2019, JEAR Vol. 1 Number 3 November 2018 Publication, 2019. At Paro College of Education he actively takes part in the protocol duties of official guest. ![]()

Karma Yeshey is the Dean of Academic Affairs at Paro College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan, since March 2021. He mainly teaches mathematics and mathematics education courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He brings a considerable amount of relevant experience and expertise to the job he does at the College, having been a mathematics teacher (1999-2002), a mathematics curriculum coordinator, curriculum officer and curriculum developer with the Ministry of Education (2003-2016), a private consultant (2016-2020), and an adjunct lecturer at Samtse College of Education (Spring 2018).
Ms. Sonam Lhazeen joined the Paro College of Education in March of 2021 as an Assistant Lecturer. She has Bachelors in Education (Hons) from SEGi University, Malaysia with a major in Early Childhood Care and Development and minor in Special Needs Education. Upon completion of her studies in 2018, she entered a primary school in Thimphu for a year and then interned as a content writer in Bhutan Football Federation promoting Women football.
Mr. Jurme Thinley is a Lecturer and the Programme Leader for B. Ed Primary Programme (Existing & Distance) and looks after the programme since July 2019. He joined this college as an Assistant Lecturer II on January 1, 2010 and has been teaching in the college for more than 11 years. He did Post-graduate Diploma in Education (PgDE) from Samtse College of Education (RUB) in 2009.
