An engaging Professional Development Program

On Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, an engaging Professional Development Program, was facilitated by Tomoko (Tomo) Seki (JICA Volunteer / Visiting Lecturer). Attended by college faculty and master’s students, the two-hour session served as a dynamic platform to explore modern pedagogical strategies.
The session was fun, collaborative, and interactive. Rather than just discussing educational theory, Madam Tomoko used practical, hands-on group activities. By stepping into the shoes of learners, both faculty and master’s students gained valuable insights into emotional and cognitive engagement, leaving them with practical inspiration for their own teaching and studies.
