Announcement for Winter Residential School 2025

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WINTER RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL 2025

  1. The 2025 Winter Residential School for the following part-time programmes will commence on 29th December 2025 and end on 23rd January 2026.
    • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Development
    • Master of Education in Dzongkha
  1. All the new students should download the Registration Form from the link below, print it, and fill up the required personal information clearly.

  1. All the new students should submit xerox copies of their academic credentials along with their filled-up registration form at the time of the registration (Bachelor degree/PgDE mark sheet and certificate for the MEd in Dzongkha students, and Class XII mark sheet and certificate in the case of the Dip. in ECCD students).
  2. All the students should read the following additional specific information toward preparing for their winter residential school.

Information specific to the MEd in Dzongkha programme students

  1. Students will have to arrange their own accommodation.
  1. All the students should report to the college on the morning of 29th December, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. For further information, please contact the Programme Leader, Mr. Ngawang Jamtsho, at 17636382.

Information specific to the Dip. in ECCD programme students

  1. Campus accommodation and mess facilities are available only for the Diploma in ECCD students. Students of this programme wishing to avail such facilities should register online through the link below within 10th December 2025.

  1. Newly selected students to the Diploma in ECCD programme availing campus accommodation should report to the college on the evening of 25th December, 2025. For further information, please contact Tempa Gyeltshen at 1776 0197 or Ms. Kinley Denkar at 1752 4239.
  2. All the new students of the Diploma in ECCD programme should report to the college on 26th December, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for registration and orientation programme. For further information, please contact Pema Lhaden at 1735 1048.
  3. The Second- and Third-Year students of the Dip. in ECCD students availing campus accommodation should report to the college on the evening of 28th December, 2025. Those not availing campus accommodations should report to the college at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of 29th December.
