RUB 17^th Convocation Announcement

All graduates of Paro College of Education, cohort of 2025, are hereby informed that the 17^th Convocation Ceremony of the Royal University of Bhutan will be held on 17^th June 2026 in Thimphu.

Graduates wishing to attend must register online to confirm their participation. The registration portal will be open from 1^st May to 20^th May 2026. Graduates are strongly encouraged to complete their registration within this period to ensure proper arrangements for the ceremony.

The programme schedule is as follows:

1. 15^th June 2026 – Gown Distribution at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Lower Motithang, Thimphu (9:30 AM – 3:00 PM).
2. 16^th June 2026 – Convocation Rehearsal at the Multipurpose Hall, Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha (9:00 AM).
3. 17^th June 2026 – Convocation Ceremony at the Multipurpose Hall, Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha.

A fee of Nu. 1500 shall be collected at the time of gown distribution. Of this, Nu. 300 is non-refundable as gown usage charges, while the remaining Nu. 1200 will be refunded upon the return of the gown. In the event of loss or damage, the full amount will be retained.
