Tshewang Gyeltshen has completed two years certificate course in Computer Hardware and Networking in the year 2009. Before joining the Paro College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan, he worked in a private firm as an IT consultant (Computer Hardware and Networking) and assistant marketing officer.

In the year 2010, he joined Paro College of Education under the Royal University of Bhutan as an ICT Lab Technician in the Information and Communication Technology department till 2015. Later in the year 2015 to date, he was re-designated as Data Manager and the secretariat to the Examination and Evaluation Unit under the Administrative department. Mr. Tshewang also looks after the Examination Record Center under the Student and Examination Record center. He has also undergone professional development training both in-country and offshore to suffice the office requirements.

Pelden Dorji Dadil Jamtsho is a Project Officer at Paro College of Education for European Union Co-funded project under Erasmus+ Scheme, the project titled “Enhancing Mental Health, Counseling and Wellbeing Support for University Students in Bhutan”. The project is first of its kind in Royal University of Bhutan with an objective to establish ‘Happiness and Wellbeing Center’ across nine RUB colleges for the wellbeing being of students.  He graduated from College of Natural Resources, Royal University of Bhutan with Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development concentration in Research and Statistics, 2017. As a whole some Education he’s area of interest are on sports, music, cultural activities, designing, Photography, ICT, social services, arts, literary activates during school and college days. He holds the internship experience at Ministry of Labor and Human Resources, Department of Employment, Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Division from December 2016 – February 2017. During the internship he did survey analysis of Entrepreneurs who did training from MoLHR. Currently, he is also officiating as Research Officer supporting Dean of Research and Industrial Linkages, Editor for the Rabsel Volume 20, Issue – 1 Spring 2019 & Issue – 2 Autumn 2019, JEAR  Vol. 1 Number 3 November 2018 Publication, 2019. At Paro College of Education he actively takes part in the protocol duties of official guest.

Choki Yuden is a Student Service Officer in Paro College of Education. She completed her BHSEC from Kelki Higher Secondary School in 2010. She was appointed as Audio Visual Assistant in May 2010. In July 2011 she was transferred from Audio Visual to Library. In June 2019 she joined as Student Service Officer till date.

Jampa Choedra has completed diploma in Information and Communication Technology from Khuruthang Vocational Training Institute, Punakha in 2009.

He has been working at ICT Unit  since 2010.

Dawa Pem is working as a Deputy Chief ICT Officer at Paro College Education, she has started working in Paro College of Education since Janurary, 2008. She has completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from Madras University, July 2007. She secured AusAID Scholarship to study Masters of Information Technology at Murdoch University, Western Australia from 2015 to 2016.

She is an active member of the college management committee and College Tender committee. She was also the member of PQC from 2012 to 2014. She is one of the team member in developing the internet user policy and VLE user policy for the colleges under RUB.
