He graduated from Paro College of Education in June, 2019. He is the recipient of His Majesty\u2019s Certificate for Academic Excellence while in the college and also topped the Bhutan Civil Service Examination for B.Ed in 2019. Since his school days, he has shouldered various leadership positions. Owing to his sheer interest in Bhutanese culture and heritage, he has earned National Certificate Level 2 (NC 2) under the Bhutan Vocational Qualifications in the occupation of Cultural Tourist Guide prior to his joining at PCE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">In 2016, he was selected as a Youth Representative for the Youth Initiative programme under the auspices of Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy. Since then, he was actively engaged in the debate and deliberation of youth related issues and finding ways to solve them. He was also a member of the first ever Youth Summit in the country held in 2016. He has also participated in several National and international workshops which includes: 5<sup>th<\/sup> International Conference on Medical and Health Sciences (26<sup>th<\/sup> -27<sup>th<\/sup> Oct, 2019), Media and Information Literacy Workshop (8<sup>th<\/sup>-10<sup>th<\/sup> July, 2019), 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Workshop for Journalist on Gender-sensitive reporting in Media (24<sup>th<\/sup> -26<sup>th<\/sup> July, 2018), 5<sup>th<\/sup> Basic Unit Leaders Training (10<sup>th<\/sup> -14<sup>th<\/sup> June, 2019), Global Citizenship Education Program-Diversity Voyage (5<sup>th<\/sup>-10<sup>th<\/sup> Sept, 2018) and 40<sup>th<\/sup> Batch of Integrated De-Suung Training (28<sup>th<\/sup> May- 17<sup>th<\/sup> June, 2020).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">He is a Scout, De-Suup and Youth Representative for Youth Initiative.
