He pursued Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) and started teaching at Tendruk Central School in Samtse district. He carried out extra work as a Taekwondo Coach back at the school. He was awarded the Dan Certificate in Taekwondo in 2016. He was certified as a Taekwondo National Assistant Instructor and Taekwondo National Referee Class C in 2016. He resigned from teaching profession in 2017 and joined Royal University of Bhutan (RUB) under Bhutan University Sports Federation (BUSF) formerly Royal University Sports Federation of Bhutan (RUSFoB) as a Coordinator centered at Paro College of Education. He pursued Taekwondo National Instructor Certificate and Taekwondo National Referee Class B in 2018. In 2019, he was certified by International Kung-fu Council, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Dan in Kun-fu and Official Certificate to train Kung-fu. He joined student service section at Paro College of Education from 17<sup>th<\/sup> May, 2019. Currently, he serves the college as a Student Service Officer and train Paro College Taekwondo Team. He is a Moderator for YPEER Network of the college.
