Pema Tshewang is a College sports coordinator at Paro College of Education\u00a0 and recently he is appointed as a Bhutan University Sports Federation Coordinator (BUSF) head office at Paro College of Education, where he led to organize the BUSF Winter and Summer Games for the University Students in the different colleges under Royal university of Bhutan. In 2014 he was appointed by the Federation International Football Association as the FIFA International Referee. Since than he has officiated numbers of International matches under the guidance of the Bhutan Football Federation (BFF) and FIFA. Recently he has got an opportunity to officiate the 13<sup>th<\/sup> South Asia Games which was held at Kathmandu, Nepal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">After graduating with Diploma in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from Paro College of Education in 2017, inspired to make difference in training of the player with the better knowledge of the games, since than he was giving training to the students and organizing games to the students. He as a sports coordinator of the college he always make sure that every evening there is a games for the students to relax and enjoy the games after stressful study. Before joining to the post as a University Coordinator, he was fully engaged himself in organizing the college sports activity.
