She started teaching in schools since 2007 as a language and Health and Physical Education teacher. She started her career as a lecturer from 2015 with a master\u2019s degree in Physical Education from Lovely Professional University in Punjab, India. She teaches Health and Physical Education for both Diploma and B. Ed programmes. She is currently the Programme Leader for Diploma in Sports Coaching and Physical Education programme. In her teaching role she has been an active facilitator in training the national teacher to teach HPE across the country along with her active role as a curriculum developer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Her research interests are in youth fitness, student attitude towards HPE, self-efficacy beliefs of HPE teachers and blended learning.
