PCoE Celebrates it’s 44th Foundation Day. Hon’ble Prime Minister graced the event. The event also saw VIPs and other government officials from the Paro Valleys. During the celebrations, PCoE also launched the training manual for the Happiness and Wellbeing Center in presence of Hon’ble PM. Certificates of overall academic toppers of the 2019 Spring graduates were also awarded during the event. Later towards noon PM also interacted with the faculty, administrative staff and Teacher Trainees of PCoE.
